This system provides a secure method of moving data between JCPS and individuals, organizations and universities requesting student information.

  • All requests to collect new data and information (e.g., surveys, focus groups, site observations, and requests for identifiable student or staff information) from JCPS schools, students, or staff must be approved by the JCPS IRB, including from partners and JCPS staff pursuing degrees.
  • Create an Account to log into the system to request data and contact the Research and Systems Improvement Department.
  • Log into your existing account to view the status, make changes, add comments and communicate with the team member fulfilling your data request.
  • Military recruiters seeking a student list that JCPS is legally obligated to supply can NOT contact schools directly and must create a login above. No IRB approval is needed in this case. Families of high school students may opt out of this information being shared using the online form found in parent place or the latest Student Support Handbook supplied to each student at the beginning of the year.
