This system was created in order to maintain the transactions which occur as individuals, organizations and universities request student information.

The first thing to do is Create an Account . This will allow you to log into the system and start applying for data and contacting the department, this done with the ease of computerized assistance.

If you already have an account then you can login  and view the status, make changes, add comments and communicate with the members filling the data requests.

JCPS has suspended all research involving requests for new data collection in schools and/or identifiable student data due to COVID-19 challenges. We are not accepting new applications in 2021-22.
